FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS: $125

• 60 minutes
• Discussion of meal plan specifically tailored to you, and steps to implement it.
• Continually evaluate and tweak this plan as necessary to help you make comfortable and long lasting adjustments to your relationship to food and your body, and to achieve your goals.

TELEHEALTH

All appointments can be scheduled through HIPAA compliant telehealth sessions; you will receive a calendar invitation with a link.

NutritIO SUPPORT

All clients receive access to the NutritIO nutrition monitoring app, where you can view your meal plan, recipes and shopping list and interactively journal food, exercise and water intake.
